We ship everything next day delivery, using our chosen courier DPD – all orders placed before 11am will be shipped out that day......we ship Monday – Friday, we can do saturday deliveries but that would incur a surcharge.

We will always do our best to stop and amend orders after they have been placed but depending on how much time has passed, it is possible that we will have already prepared, packaged and shipped your items. Please email us at hello@lovebugfoods.co.uk with your order number and a contact telephone number, so we can do everything we can to make the alteration.

All our orders are shipped via DPD, you will have been sent a notification to either your email or mobile (depending on what information you provided us), this will have the information about your order and how you can track it through the PDP website.
